My journey into this work didn’t just come from a career choice, it came from lived experience, advocacy, and a deep commitment to helping people move forward when life feels uncertain.
Over time, I saw how many individuals are capable, motivated, and full of potential, yet struggle because the support around them isn’t designed for who they truly are. I became passionate about helping people understand their strengths, navigate challenges, and build real independence, not just temporary solutions.
I founded L. McLeod Service to provide personalized, person-centered support that meets people where they are. I believe progress looks different for everyone. For some, it’s gaining confidence. For others, it’s employment, stability, structure, or rediscovering purpose. Every path deserves respect and intentional guidance.
Through Employment Discovery and Development, Job Coaching, Skills Training, and Life Coaching, I work alongside individuals to create practical steps toward meaningful goals and lasting change.
This work is more than a service, it’s a commitment to empowerment, dignity, and helping people move from surviving to building a life they feel proud of.
